RAR has some beautiful sky pictures! Don't you love it when you load pictures and find specks of flying birds? I think it's a nice surprise. The white spot is fun too!
i did not see Gem until I read your comment. we have vultures circling every day, we watch them from our back yard.... they are so graceful and pretty in the air and so ugly on the ground.
Gosh cell phones are awesome. Do you know what - two days ago we saw a vulture in the road eating something - and do you know where my camera was? At home. Do you know where my camera is now? In my purse. Don't know where the vulture is.
I must be dyslexic like my daughter because all this time I always thought you were saying "all pictures SCOOP"....just this morning I see it's "SOOCP"...lol takes me a while sometime.
Just yesterday, while standing outside taking pictures with my cousin, I looked up and there was a perfect "x" in the sky..."x" marks the spot..but for what?
Lovely vultures...don't they make you uneasy when they are circling closeby?
Those skies remind «Louis» of the skies he remembers from his native Lubbock, TX - though if it were in the Spring, Lubbock skies would be brown from New Mexico dirt blowing across the plains at 60 mph!
I like the looks of your countryside. I like the sky shots. I wonder how that many vultures get enough road kill ect. to survive. Perhaps they hunt more than my limited knowledge suggests. :-)
in that first shot...i was kind of wishing the sun would move to the left...just an inch or so!! it seemed like the loooong driveway was pointing to it...just missing ever so slightly! =)
Good habit to be a skywatcher. I especially watch for sunrises when taking Chet for his morning stroll. Taking off on what Linda commented, lately I've been noticing lots of pinky purple sunrises. My naturalist/scientist cousin tried to explain what causes the different colors by season but it made my head hurt. . .

Amazing how different the same places look at different seasons! Love that long view!
Beautiful sky captures. The first and last ones are my favorites. Have a happy weekend!
Lovely! Due to te artic blast we're under, we've had amazing sunrises here. No time to shoot them though,
I guess they're random, but I think loveliness ties them all together!
A lovely progression of the seasons you've captured T. Big skies. :)

The big sky of Texas - with at T to mark the spot. Blessings from Ringle, Wisconsin.
Dearest Theresa,
Those vultures always make you think what is out there to be eaten off the carcass? Hugs,
Mariette

You really need more open space to explore T! (-; So pretty.

Your cell phone takes some pretty good shots!
Your cell sure does the job!
A great series of shots. The sky is beautiful!
Technology is making us see some things a little clearer, for sure!...:)JP
Beautiful skies , I did always with my cell too rather than my amateur camera ;)

I love the view from your gate, it's forever beautiful :)
November vultures are cool
I love the Texas skies and can really enjoy them now from an apartment balcony high on a hill that faces west. Yours are beautiful. xo Jenny
Well that little camera seems to work just find on horizons and skyviews...:)
Those skies remind «Louis» of the skies he remembers from his native Lubbock, TX - though if it were in the Spring, Lubbock skies would be brown from New Mexico dirt blowing across the plains at 60 mph!
No, «Louis» doesn't miss THAT!
Looking up we see beautiful sky.

Spectacular pictures all.
You take great pics with your cell phone- mine are always so dang blurry. I don't know what I am doing wrong.
One of the things I miss when I visit the mountains, which have a glory all their own, is the big skies of Texas.
Love the vulture shots!
Beautiful, beautiful skies!
I'm partial to the November sky. Looks like you have as many vultures there as we do here! Have a good weekend.
Love the contrails, especially in the last two shots. Gem is a blessed mare. She has a good life with a good "mama."
Nice..landscape n skies! HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND!
Gorgeous sunset and clouds! I like the car tracks in the dusk and in the daylight.
Beautiful photos of that great big Texas sky!! Have a great weekend!
Love those country sunsets...You don't have to climb on a chair to see them!
these are some great soocp's! i have noticed SO MANY vultures around lately! what's up with that?!
Beautiful photos!! Especially the first two of the long road :)
Those are really fun, I like the one with the road in it.
The December sky is really interesting. All are great and with your phone no less!
Lots of room to roam below those skies!
gorgeous....december, unside down "T" for theresa!!
cutesy title!!
I like the looks of your countryside. I like the sky shots. I wonder how that many vultures get enough road kill ect. to survive. Perhaps they hunt more than my limited knowledge suggests. :-)
Are you sure that the spots are Vultures, it looks like dust on soocp, lol.
Najpiękniejszy jest wrześniowy widok. Pozdrawiam.
September is the most beautiful sight. Yours.
Great photo's, as always. :)
Oohhhh, another new header! I've discovered the iPhone is great at sky pictures. And mountains.
Nou je maakt mooie foto,s met je telefoon.
Beautiful sky shots!
Love the month by month comparison! And they're all beautiful!
Glorious.
The sky is an ever changing picture. This is one of the reasons why I love watching the sky. I like seeing all those Vultures.
Your vulture shots look like the ones I took yesterday. They were all over the sky where we were.
Love the shot with Gem in the distance, with all that wide open space. I need some of that!
It's always good to remember to look up. Beautiful skies!
I like your months with special photos
Great offerings for sky-watch. Unique contrails, and gorgeous sunset. The pasture looks so big, and Gem looks so small!
I love that second pic of the lane and the fluffy clouds. I love seeing the contrails in the sky, too.
Very nice shots of the sky. I love seeing all the different skies in different months.
T, Wow, how did you know I like Sky shots so much!
I do!!
I like the plans drawing X's in the sky!
Beautiful Texas skies! I'm lovin that cell phone of your's.

I like October's photo the best. Kind of makes you want to just meander right down that road.
Beautiful skies. :)
Great skies -- you are a master with that cell phone!
a lovely series!
These are all great sky captures! October is my favorite though...I love the leading lines of the road!
Road to drive on, road to fly on. Great captures.
you've captured so much beauty with your cell phone!
Vultures, jet trails, clouds and color. Lots to look at in your photos.
Nice photos from a span of time!
Beautiful skies! I like that you can see a long distance into the landscape. With the rolling hills here we normally don't get long distance views.
These are great shots from a cell phone!
Love that first shot.
Great photos. I love the first two from your gate. You have some beautiful and big skies down there.
cell phones take some really good photos. Seeing is believing. Skies are fascinating.
I like those vulture skies, and the new look of your blog... very nice!
Beautiful heavenly images you show.
Wow! Stunning photo shoots on the sky view... can’t go with a single favorite. Quite a visual treat! :)
Lovely skies, Theresa!! Your ranch looks like such a wonderful place to live.
Have a wonderful weekend.
Amazing skies. I especially like the first one.
Cool views day or night.
I love those first two shots from the same spot. :)
That is a whole lotta vultures! Yikes!!
Neat sky post. Gem sure has a nice pasture.
Isn't it quite amazing the shots we can get simply from our phone? Beautiful!
Beautiful skies, Theresa! Yes, these warmer temps are awesome! We are just being soaked by rain right now...of course we need it, so that's good.
last photo, the contrails, 2 planes past each other?
happy sunday theresa!
in that first shot...i was kind of wishing the sun would move to the left...just an inch or so!! it seemed like the loooong driveway was pointing to it...just missing ever so slightly! =)
