RAR has some beautiful sky pictures! Don't you love it when you load pictures and find specks of flying birds? I think it's a nice surprise. The white spot is fun too!

Wayne (Woody), whatever said...

Now that's a pasture, plenty of room for the big kids and little kids to roam :-)

Sandra said...

i did not see Gem until I read your comment. we have vultures circling every day, we watch them from our back yard.... they are so graceful and pretty in the air and so ugly on the ground.

Margie said...

You really need more open space to explore T! (-; So pretty.

Chatty Crone said...

Gosh cell phones are awesome. Do you know what - two days ago we saw a vulture in the road eating something - and do you know where my camera was? At home. Do you know where my camera is now? In my purse. Don't know where the vulture is.

Leave It To Davis said...

I must be dyslexic like my daughter because all this time I always thought you were saying "all pictures SCOOP"....just this morning I see it's "SOOCP"...lol takes me a while sometime.

Just yesterday, while standing outside taking pictures with my cousin, I looked up and there was a perfect "x" in the sky..."x" marks the spot..but for what?

Lovely vultures...don't they make you uneasy when they are circling closeby?

Judy said...

Those skies remind «Louis» of the skies he remembers from his native Lubbock, TX - though if it were in the Spring, Lubbock skies would be brown from New Mexico dirt blowing across the plains at 60 mph!

No, «Louis» doesn't miss THAT!

I like the looks of your countryside. I like the sky shots. I wonder how that many vultures get enough road kill ect. to survive. Perhaps they hunt more than my limited knowledge suggests. :-)

Are you sure that the spots are Vultures, it looks like dust on soocp, lol.

happy sunday theresa!

in that first shot...i was kind of wishing the sun would move to the left...just an inch or so!! it seemed like the loooong driveway was pointing to it...just missing ever so slightly! =)

Faye said...

Good habit to be a skywatcher. I especially watch for sunrises when taking Chet for his morning stroll. Taking off on what Linda commented, lately I've been noticing lots of pinky purple sunrises. My naturalist/scientist cousin tried to explain what causes the different colors by season but it made my head hurt. . .
