Another animation! It makes me appreciate their subtle movements. I think there is a reason there are so many duck characters in children's literature, they're so loveable! Again, Thank you for sharing them!!

How beautiful and peaceful. I just love watching ducks on the water.

ShySongbird said...

Now that's a duck we see a lot here, more than any other in fact. The iridescent green on the male is so lovely. So pleased your commenters noticed the Turtle, I nearly missed it :-)

I enjoyed my usual delve into your recent posts and loved 'Skinny Chicken', so comical :-) The heron post was a favourite too and the Bluebird is so pretty!! I also loved that Buckeye Butterfly.

Well, not too long before these guys start moving north. We have some mallards that stay here all winter. Any areas with open water will do for mallards.

These ducks look of perky paddling around. Neat shot to get their color very well.

Linda said...

The lead duck seems to be on the alert for something, while the other one is just enjoying paddling around. Hope the snapping turtles were behaving themselves that day.
